About Us

We're Local... Like You.

We've been part of the South Auckland community since 2009, working with families like yours – often many times – from all over the region.

In 2015, to better meet the needs of families in Franklin and Waikato, we opened in Pukekohe.

We love the areas we work in so much, they're also where we live after hours (not that we get to take much time off).

That's why we know our communities so well and can cater for the wonderful diversity of culture, customs and beliefs of the people who call the region home.

In your time of need – or for pre-planning – call us to discuss how we can help...7 days.

We're local, here for people like you. And we're here to make a difficult time easier.

FAQ

First and foremost, contact the family doctor. If they’re unavailable or hadn’t seen the deceased recently, you might be advised to reach out to the police. We’re just a call away to guide and support you through this process.

If the deceased didn’t express a preference, the family will need to decide together. We’re here to provide insights into both options, taking into account your financial considerations.

Embalming serves three main purposes: presentation, sanitation, and preservation. It ensures a memorable and positive viewing experience, which can be a crucial step in the grieving process for some. Also helps maintain the dignity and appearance, especially during extended viewings or when transportation over distance is required.

You’re welcome to request a detailed estimate at any stage.

Our showrooms and website offer a variety of caskets, we can also custom and wrapped caskets with photos or colours of your choice.

Registering the death details we handle the process swiftly and will send the certificate to you within 7-10 days.

Both our facilities reflect our love. Pukekohe boasts two chapels which can merge into one, accommodating up to 250 guests. Papatoetoe features a chapel with seating for 60-80 guests, onsite mortuary.

Yes from Service Sheet designs to audio-visual photo presentations.

Should your loved one pass away overseas, you would need to engage a funeral home and from there we can manage the repatriation process. We liaise with overseas funeral homes, handle the necessary legal documentation, and coordinate with airlines until your loved one is safely back.

Our mortuary ensures that the preparation of the deceased aligns with health standards for Repatriation. We’ll arrange flights, documentation, casketing, and freighting needs on your behalf and can also communicate with an overseas funeral home of your choice for smooth transit.

Please see link to our catering menus for both branches, we provide table settings and crockery, and if you desire a different venue or your own home, out-catering is available.

Yes, both our locations offer private lounges and rooms for intimate family discussions or viewings.

Pre-planning eliminate the need for your family to make hard decisions during moments of grief. whether burial or cremation, type of service, Celebrant or Minister involvement.
